Industrial Roofing Company (IRC) is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our Haverhill team and lead a crew of 5–10 employees.

What You'll Do
As a Roofing Foreman, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently leading your crew while delivering quality work for our customers. Responsibilities include:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a commercial roofing crew of approximately 5–10 employees.
• Perform and oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems.
• Plan daily work and communicate expectations to the crew.
• Ensure work is completed according to job specifications and IRC safety requirements.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards on the jobsite.
• Complete required job reports and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and other team members.
• Maintain assigned trucks, tools, and equipment.
• Help develop less-experienced employees and support their advancement within IRC.

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience with multiple roofing systems.
• Previous Foreman, Lead, or crew leadership experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold a crew accountable while developing employees.
• A strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• The ability to plan work, solve problems, and keep a crew productive.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English.
• A valid driver's license.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on project needs.
