The Position
We are looking for a teammate to fill the role of Crane Operator and CDL Driver. This position is responsible for operating IRC Crane Trucks and driving our CDL A vehicles and can provide quality solutions in material handling that adheres to company standards.

IRC’s Character
We are looking for a teammate to fill the role of Crane Operator and CDL Driver. This position is responsible for operating IRC Crane Trucks and driving our CDL A vehicles and can provide quality solutions in material handling that adheres to company standards.
This teammate will:
- Safely maneuver and position loads in designated areas
- Drive and utilize CDL A/B Trucks as needed
- Use load charts to determine crane capacity and radius
- Operate crane controls per instructions to manage movement
- Lift and place equipment and materials on job sites
- Perform daily safety inspections and identify issues
- Maintain working knowledge of rigging and lifting equipment

- Able to work outdoors with prolonged exposure
- Physical ability to walk, step, climb and use vertical ladders up to 10′ or more
- Comfort working at elevated heights
